He understands the food business, and pioneered the school lunch programs upon which School Lunch Choice is based. He has also worked for a year as an ecommerce business consultant.

As a mother and a former elementary school teacher, Olivia has helped develop a school lunch program that meets the practical, nutritional, and educational expectations that parents, teachers, and administrators hope to achieve from the school lunch programs. She understands the field of professional education, and this understanding is responsible of the success of our school lunch programs.
